Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing ADD Restaurant, Room Service, and Banquet operations, as per hotel brand standards, health and safety policy and procedures. • Ensure to deliver an excellent service exceeding guests’ expectation. Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement. • Understand the market needs and desires, ensure that the menus, developed together with chef, are through an effective marketing approach and to drive sales maximizing the budgeted revenue. • Prepare work schedule based on forecast and reservations. Develop a positive work environment. Provide training to the team as required.
