Sales Administrative Assistant

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support
  • Contract database and customer agreement management
  • Follow up customer orders and update sales record
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Prepare written responses to routine inquiries, source reliable goods/services supply, issues purchase orders and order confirmation follow up
  • Source reliable goods/service supply and monitoring the progress of purchase orders
  • Provide administrative support to Management and resolved administrative enquiries
  • To assist in coordinating company events and trade exhibitions
  • Ad hoc duties and other office support duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience
  • Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
