Job Description: • Ensure user access controls and permissions are in line with established procedures and security policies. • Arrange and schedule regular account review meetings involving relevant stakeholders, taking notes and following up on action items. • Assist in conducting periodic account reviews to ensure appropriate user access and compliance with organizational policies. • Collaborate with the IT team to address user account-related issues, such as password resets, access requests, and permissions. • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across multiple systems, applications, and platforms, including email, Windows, and specific software. • Provide timely and professional responses to user inquiries and support requests related to account management. • Handle sensitive user and account data with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. • Stay updated on industry best practices, cybersecurity regulations, and compliance requirements pertaining to user account management. • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines for user account management processes.
