Job Description:

• Receive calls from company users and processing the case based on support flow
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services
• Follow-up case and update status information to users
• Record events and problems and their resolution in helpdesk logs
• Monitors main application system, infrastructure system and network system activities by monitoring tools, also escalate unresolved issues to relevant team as required
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or Business Administration related fields a minimum
• IT Professional related certification is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of working experience, with large corporation or casino resort, information technology related is preferred
• Call Center or customer service related working experience would be a bonus
• Able to work on shift
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac and Mobile Operating Systems
• Knowledge of IT hardware and software installation
• Understanding of basic networking principals is preferred
• Understanding of basic Windows Server is preferred
• Knowledge of SCCM, Endpoint Management Platform is preferred
• Basic knowledge of IT internal processes, policies and procedures is preferred
• Hospitality or gaming system and infrastructure knowledge is preferred
• Proficient in spoken and written both English and Chinese
• Possess of good customer service and interpersonal skills
