Junior Project Manager This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic candidate to work for a cutting-edge technology company, and acquire insight into the casino gaming industry. This position will take on the management support of key client projects with the goal of delivering projects on time, within budget and within scope. The Junior Project Manager supports the Project Management team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. This role assists in managing project documentation, tracking progress, communicating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards. The Junior Project Manager will work under the guidance of the PMO (Project Management Office) and project managers, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, client communication, and risk management within the casino gaming and technology industry. Job Description: Project Coordination and Support: • Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports. • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support project deliverables and deadlines. • Track progress, identify potential issues, and escalate to senior project managers when needed. • Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Client and Stakeholder Communication: • Support client communications under the supervision of senior project managers. • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up items for client and internal meetings. • Assist in documenting client requirements and changes to ensure alignment with project goals. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, schedules, and reports. • Update project tracking tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet. • Assist in preparing post-launch reports and lessons-learned summaries. Team Collaboration: • Work collaboratively across departments (Engineering, Product, Support, and Operations). • Facilitate communication between cross-functional team members. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions. Risk and Quality Management: • Support identification of risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. • Help monitor project performance metrics and contribute to quality assurance efforts. Compliance and Industry Awareness: • Support adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the casino gaming industry. • Maintain awareness of company policies and procedures.
