System Operator

Job Description

The IT System Operator is responsible for set up, maintenance, and technical support of systems and computers. This includes maintaining, trouble shooting, and general IT problem solving for systems, hardware and network performance.
Provide first line support following established procedures
Install, support and maintain for the hardware and equipment
Handle escalations of server & network issues and provide troubleshooting support
Assist to maintain hardware and software inventories, server licensing, and user access and security

Job Specification

Secondary or above
Macau BIR Holder
1 year working experience in IT technical support role
Basic I.T. knowledge
Good in written and spoken Chinese and English
Able to work independently and with a team
Shift required
