Duties and Responsibilities - Ensure that main lobby doors are opened for all arriving and departing residents and guests and that they are warmly greeted by name (if known). - Relieve Agents’ duty when needed and upon request by superiors - Ensure company standards LQE, departmental P&P and SOPs are followed - Have a clear knowledge of services & facilities provided by RAMOMAC (Residents Directory) and MOMAC and promote cross-selling whenever possible. - Be always aware of data privacy and confidentially of resident information and strictly follow relevant hotel policies. - Collect and record residents’ preferences through daily interactions - Be fully aware of and well prepared for all in-house and arriving owners, residents, guests and visitors - Be up-to-date with local activities and events happening in Macau for conversations with residents - Self awareness of grooming standards and maintenance of a clean, neat and tidy desk. - Ensure FLHSS standards are maintained - Assist MOMAC security daily in testing the intercoms, lift panel and alarm systems - Respond and assist MOMAC’s ERT during emergency situations - Perform Cashiering duties required at the counter. - Ensure all outgoing correspondences & incoming calls are handled in accordance to company standard. - Assist/handle, monitor and record all deliveries, fitting out applications, visitors, luggage assistance and other services and enquiries to the residents - Replenish lobby amenities (newspapers, water and towels) in a timely manner. - Ensure relevant signage and actions are set up during maintenance, rainy days and typhoon seasons. - Data entries/update of Residents records & information. - Prepare logs, documents and reports as required. - Ensure relevant Notice to Residents are distributed and put up on Notice Screen. - Ensure all hold for collection items and temporary storage is checked on a daily basis. - Daily filing of all documents and handover of shift work. - For any move-in, move-out, renovation and delivery, ensure close coordination with Hotel Engineering and Hotel Security to ensure outside contractors’ activities are closely monitored during the whole process. Any damages to common area has to be reported at once and recorded in full details - Promote a friendly, positive & cooperative working environment with the team and other departments and demonstrate pride & commitment to one’s work. - Other Ad hoc task and duties as required by Residences Manager, Director and General Manager.
