領班 - 水療及康體中心 Team Leader - Recreation

工作內容

• 確保水療與健身中心，包括泳池及各項健身設施之日常運營順暢並符合標準。
•  及時處理賓客的需求與投訴。
• 定期檢查設施及服務品質，確保符合品牌標準。
• 確保水療中心及健身中心環境保持整潔、完善及符合衛生標準。
• 協助處理行政事務，並執行安全檢查工作。
• 落實泳池安全規範與程序，並即時應對緊急、救援及急救事件。
• 根據賓客需求，推廣及銷售度身訂造之水療療程及健身會籍計劃。
• 以專業形象與服務標準，向賓客清晰及準確地提供相關資訊。
• 協助監督及管理水療中心和健身中心的日常及員工排班工作，以確保營運效率及順暢運作。

• 具備有效的救生員、心肺復甦術 (CPR)、自動體外心臟去顫器 (AED) 及急救相關證書
• 至少兩年救生員工作經驗；具備管理或督導經驗者更佳
• 擁有優秀的領導能力與溝通技巧，能有效協調團隊工作
• 具備高度安全意識與良好體能，能勝任泳池安全相關工作
  

• Ensure the smooth daily operations of the Spa and Fitness Centre, including the swimming pool and fitness facilities.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and service quality to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Ensure the Spa and Fitness Centre environment is consistently clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Assist management with administrative duties and safety audits.
• Enforce pool safety rules and procedures and respond to emergencies, rescues, and first aid situations.
• Promote and sell customized Spa treatment and Fitness membership programs according to guest needs.
• Consistently provide guests with clear and accurate information, reflecting the hotel’s professional image and service standards.
• Assist in supervising and managing the operations and staff scheduling of all sections in the Spa and Fitness.

• Possess valid certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, AED, and First Aid
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a lifeguard; supervisory experience is an advantage
• Demonstrated strong leadership and effective communication skills
• High level of safety awareness and excellent physical fitness
