Sales Director / Manager / Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Report to Senior Management and lead the sales/professional team to achieve business targets assigned by management.
  • Drive new business development, execute outbound sales initiatives, maintain relationships with existing clients, and acquire new accounts.
  • Deliver sales objectives, drive continuous growth, and actively promote the product portfolio within assigned projects.
  • Explore all potential business opportunities to facilitate market expansion and ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Introduce and promote unique, exquisite products to mid-to-high-end customer segments.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 8 years or more of solid experience in brand, product, or sales management.
  • Broad sales and marketing experience, with good exposure to the property development market.
  • Proven track record in brand building and management through proactive, strategic communication and public relations programs.
  • Self-motivated, aggressive (results-driven), with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluency in Mandarin).
  • Willingness to travel as required.

(Candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered for the titles of Director, Manager, or Assistant Manager accordingly.)
