Buccellati is a renowned Italian high-jewellery Maison founded in 1919, admired for its craftmanship and the uniqueness of its creations. Today, the Buccellati jewels stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving technique, dating back to the ancient goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” during the Renaissance times.

Buccellati has been part of the Global Luxury Group Richemont since September 2019, but the Buccellati family is still present in the Company with top level managerial functions. Buccellati boutiques are present in the most important cities and in the most prestigious Malls of the world.

With the retail expansion in Macau, currently we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and dynamic people to join our retail team in Macau as Sales Associate. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will become a Brand Ambassador of Buccellati Maison in the Boutique as well as at external events to deliver a unique client experience, fostering trusted relationships with clients all along the journey with the Maison. You will contribute in developing a deep understanding and knowledge of the Maison to convey its brand DNA, recognizable craftmanship and innovation in all its creations. You will be part of a dynamic team, transmitting and sharing knowledge with the other team members, actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life.

As the Sales Associate, you will be focusing on –

Sales & Customer Service

• Maximize the sales of the boutique and contribute to the sales targets
• Provide client service in accordance to Maison standard, identify customer needs and demonstrate solid product knowledge so as to cultivate strong client relationships
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash records at the Boutique’s register
• Implement discounts and gratuities under supervision of Boutique Manager
• Comply with all safety regulations and Boutique standard operation procedures

Stock Management & Merchandising

• Provide feedback in processing and replenishing merchandise
• Assist in the inventory process including but not limited to monitoring floor stock, stock counting and special projects as required
• Actively participate in the visual merchandising of the Boutique by implementing required guidelines, assisting floor moves, display maintenance, store housekeeping and maintaining boutique tidness

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As the ideal candidate, you will be possessing –

• 2+ years of previous working experience in luxury retail or hospitality industry
• Fluency in English and Chinese with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment and confidence in handling high-value transactions
• Strong attention to details with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Computer and internet savvy with the experience in using Microsoft Office
• Availability to work in retail hours including evenings, during weekends and to travel for trainings, client events and conferences
