Human Resources | Training Officer
Qualifications:
University graduated or above in business and administration or related discipline;
With at least 2 years’ experience with training experience is an advantage;
Excellent presentation skills with high level of confidence in public speaking;
Intermediate PC skills;
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate a staff training program and in-house training based on Bank’s and employee need;
Producing training materials for in-house training and staff orientation;
Responsible for overall planning and implementation of training strategy;
Arrange and conduct training courses;
Work with vendors and other third party sources to design and implement training programs;
Control budget, monitor training standards and perform assessment;
Maintain the training database, analyse and reporting;
Support other HR duties and development activities as assigned.
