Regional Director of Human Resources

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This position is responsible for leading and managing full spectrum of human resources and administration function for the Asia Pacific Operations function across multiple locations in China, Macau and South East Asia.

This role serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team in the Asia Pacific Operations and works collaboratively with corporate HR functions and International HR leader to ensure the organization has the talent and resources needed to achieve its goals


Core Accountabilities:
Key Output/ Task ONE: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and plan that align with business objectives and local regulations.
Key Output/ Task TWO: Lead the workforce planning and bringing in talents in highly competitive markets.
Key Output/ Task THREE: Oversee and implement performance management programs to match the organization needs to achieve its goals.
Key Output/ Task FOUR: Develop and establish polices to encourage and build excellent employee relations and communications throughout the organization.
Key Output/ Task FIVE: Review and develop market-competitive total reward strategies and plan to attract, engage and retain talents.
Key Output/ Task SIXTH: Champion and foster a strong organizational culture by promoting the company’s core values and behaviors across all levels, ensuring consistency with business goals. Communicate and promote the company culture and values to ensure they go live.
Key Output/ Task SEVENTH: Manage the HR and Administration budget, track and monitor HR metrics to ensure effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Key Output/ Task EIGHT: Serve as the core member of the leadership team to provide input on strategic planning and decision-making.
Key Output/ Task NINTH: Provide high level direction on offices development to align with business development in the region.
Key Output/ Task TENTH: Manage, develop and inspire HR teams.

Education, Qualification and training
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in management-related

Experience or skills required
• Minimum 15 year’s of experience in strategic HR leadership role
• Proven experience in setting and implementing short to mid-term organization, talent and culture strategies with measurable results
• Develop and grow a team of HR professionals across AP.
• Drive solutions with a sense of urgency
• Consulting, influencing and coaching skills essential
• Drive for efficiency through simplification and streamlining
• Open to commute frequently to multiple locations
• Knowledge of Workday a plus


Specialized knowledge or skills required
• Familiarity with Macau, Hongkong, Mainland China, Labor ordinance and other related regulations. Familiarity with Vietnam ordinances and other related regulations is a plus.
