Retail Operation Management Trainee
(Supermarket/ Kid's, Babies & Toys/ Life Style/ Food Hall/ Children's/ Men’s/ Ladies’ Fashion/ Electrical Appliances)

Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily store operation smoothly and achieve optimum sales revenue target
• Provide high quality customer service, understand customers and their needs
• Establish good relationship with our customers
• Innovative and inject new thought and insight to the company
• Manage the sales team and assist shop supervisor for day-to-day store operation work
• Analyze and manage sales data, produce sales reports and statistics
• Shift duty is required


Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above
• With creativity, analytical skills and leadership
• Ability to work independently and possess team spirits
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under high pressure
• Enthusiasm for sales work
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
