Senior Manager, Human Resources Macau

As the Human Resources Leader for our Macau Retail market, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance. You will work closely with our Macau Retail Director and retail leadership team to develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with our business goals and objectives. Being the number one luxury company in the world, you will need to be an inspiring ambassador for our Macau Market, along with exceptional communication, presentation and influencing skills.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Lead the HR function for our Macau market, ensuring alignment with our North Asia Zone HR strategy and overall business objectives
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the recruitment, retention, and development of top talent
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records
  • Partner with the North Asia Zone HR team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the organization

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree and above
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR field, experience in Luxury Retail a must
  • Minimum 4 years in an HR managerial role in luxury retail
  • Exceptional HR knowledge including HR practices
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and inclusive leadership
  • Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
