Guest Service Officer (Part-time)

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors at the tower entrance gate while ensuring effective crowd control and lift arrangements;
- Provide directions and respond to any guest inquiries; report any defects or complaints promptly;
- Sell Macau Tower Tickets efficiently at the T1 ticketing counter;
- Provide travel information to guests;
- Answer hotline calls and respond to public inquiries professionally;
- Hold the lift for VIP guests upon request.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or above;
- Good command in both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
