Investment / Residential / Office / Retail Sales & Leasing

Responsibilities:
• Solicit clients and provide services according to their needs
• Advise clients on residential / office / retail sales and leasing issues
• To liaise with and advise clients on the marketing or sales of properties
• Advise clients on the leasing issues such as lease renewal / rent review
• Negotiate terms of agreement
• Participate in sole agency instructions / projects consultancy
• Perform in an efficient, proactive and professional manner to meet client’s requirements
• On job training will be provided

Requirements:
• Holder of a valid Macau Estate Agent's Licence
• Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate industry for manager or above
• Candidates with higher qualifications and more experience will be offered a higher position
• Outgoing personality with good negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is an advantage
