Job Responsibilities:

• Review maintenance requests, assess necessity, and provide recommendations;
• Coordinate with contractors and Operations Department for work execution;
• Monitor site progress to ensure quality and adherence to specifications;
• Inspect completed works to verify completion, and report defects if necessary;
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during maintenance and addition & alteration projects;
• Familiarity with building maintenance practices, materials, and repair methods.

• High school or above;
• A diploma or certificate in a construction related subject from a technical college is preferred;
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, maintenance, and addition & alteration projects;
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards;
• Strong leadership skills to supervise on-site maintenance, repair and fitting-out work;
• Ability to analyze maintenance issues and suggest effective solutions;
• Experience in contract administration and dealing with contractors;
• Strong communication skills for liaising with contractors, tenants, and management;
• Proficiency in site inspection and reporting;
• Problem-solving mindset to tackle unforeseen site challenges;
• Basic computer literacy for maintaining digital record and reports;
• Good command of both Chinese and English.
