Procurement Officer – Shipping & Inventory Control Key Responsibilities: Logistics & Coordination: Manage end-to-end shipping arrangements and international logistics between overseas suppliers, parent companies, and designated shipping partners. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all external and internal stakeholders across the supply chain. Shipment Planning: Formulate, execute, and update comprehensive shipment plans for both import and export activities. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to import/export procedures, regulatory frameworks, and documentation requirements. Customs Liaison: Coordinate effectively with government and customs authorities to facilitate smooth, accurate, and timely customs clearance for all shipments. Requirements: Mindset: Proactive, highly organized, and forward-thinking with a strong aptitude for problem-solving. Resilience: Self-motivated with the ability to perform effectively and maintain accuracy under pressure. Languages: Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese are essential. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and general PC applications.
