Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the marketing, promotion, and continuous enhancement of our online tournament platform, specifically focused on strategic games. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C online marketing, with the ability to adapt and innovate in a rapidly evolving market. This role requires a blend of business acumen, creativity, and technical knowledge to ensure the platform remains competitive and appealing to our target audience of strategic gamers.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement strategic marketing and promotional campaigns to attract and retain users on the online tournament platform, with a focus on strategic games.
•Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities in the strategic gaming sector to identify opportunities for growth and platform enhancement.
•Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the website is maintained, optimized, and updated to meet the needs of strategic game players and market demands.
•Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including influencers, affiliates, and other potential partners within the strategic gaming community to drive platform engagement.
•Analyze user data and feedback to make informed decisions on platform improvements and new feature development, specifically catering to strategic game enthusiasts.
•Manage the platform’s budget and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective marketing strategies and operations.
•Generate reports on platform performance, user engagement, and ROI for management review.
•Stay informed on the latest trends in strategic games, online gaming, eSports, and digital marketing to keep the platform at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Proven experience in B2C online marketing and business development, particularly within the gaming or eSports industry, with a focus on strategic games.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns.
•Solid IT knowledge with the ability to work closely with technical teams to enhance platform functionality.
•Exceptional business sense with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities in the strategic gaming sector.
•Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative strategies to engage users and grow the platform.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
