Job Responsibilities: • Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues. • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, issuing and activating room key. • Enroll guest to the The Ritz-Carlton Rewards (Loyalty program). • Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in (i.e., sharewiths, separate room/tax/incidentals, comp). • Provide warm welcome and perform 3 steps of service to enhance the pleasant arrival and departure experience. • Process check out process and ensure the billing accuracy. • Assist guest if there’s any request or inquiries. Job Requirements: • High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent. • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in Mandarin and English with guests, co-workers and managements to their understanding. • Ability to work flexible hours. • Must be service orientated.
