Recreation Attendant

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure that Recreation operations are working in a professional manner at all times, running smoothly and provides courteous and efficient service to guests.
• Assist and guide guests around Recreation area and Spa facilities.
• Able to build good relationships with guests, anticipate their needs and ask for visit expectation.
• Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.
• Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck.
• Manage pool areas, including overall maintenance, daily upkeep and cleanliness, and the operation of cabana units.
• Observe for dangerous conditions, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers who are struggling.
• Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.

Job Requirements:
• High School or above.
• Good communication skill in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Building and contributing to team.
• Related work experience is preferred.
