Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive

Description

This position will require the responsibility of performing the following tasks and equip with respective skills:

Position: Sales Excutive/ Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Drive sales and marketing initiatives across a diverse range of fine food, grocery, chilled, and frozen products in Macau.

Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders in hotel, restaurant, and retail sectors.

Support the Sales Manager in achieving revenue and EBIT targets within the assigned channels.

Assist in the preparation of periodic management reports and the development of sales strategies, budgets, and policies.

Lead the preparation of product tenders with key customers, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.

Provide outstanding customer service to strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.

Report directly to the Senior Sales Manager, offering insights to optimize market performance.

Requirements:

Proven expertise in marketing and product promotion, with a strategic approach to business development.

Highly self-motivated, proactive, creative, and target-driven, with a forward-thinking mindset and effective leadership skills.

Strong ability to work under pressure, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.

Knowledge of food and food science is an advantage.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential business software.

Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage trading sector.
