工作內容
  • 檢查公共區域、餐飲部門週邊區域、辦公室、洗手間及停車場的衛生情況
  • 計劃並排定週期性工作,例如洗地毯及徹底清潔
  • 負責員工排班、培訓及績效管理,確保營運效率並促進團隊發展
  • 定期巡查,確保公共區域符合衛生與安全標準
  • 與款接部、工程部、保安部及餐飲部等部門緊密合作,確保公共區域運營順暢
  • 負責監督所有清潔機器及設備的正確使用、維護與存放,確保其處於良好運作狀態;必要時協調維修,並確保員工接受正確及安全操作的培訓
  • 負責管理及監督清潔工具及化學品的正確使用、處理與存放,確保符合安全標準;同時監控庫存水平,防止誤用或浪費,並確保員工接受正確使用清潔劑及安全操作的培訓
 職位要求
  • 至少2年五星級酒店公共區域副經理經驗
  • 卓越的領導力與溝通技巧,能激勵並協調多元團隊
  • 熟悉酒店公共區域清潔流程及標準
  • 良好中文及英文能力

Assistant Manager - Public Area

Job Description
  • Check the hygiene conditions of public areas, F&B surrounding areas, offices, restrooms, and parking lots.
  • Plan and schedule periodic tasks such as carpet washing and deep cleaning.
  • Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure operational efficiency and team development.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure public areas meet hygiene and safety standards.
  • Work closely with Front Office, Engineering, Security, F&B and other departments to ensure smooth public area operations.
  • Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and storage of all cleaning machines and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Coordinate repairs when necessary and ensure staff are trained in safe and correct operation.
  • Managing and supervise the proper use, handling, and storage of cleaning tools & chemicals in accordance with safety standards. Monitor stock levels, prevent misuse or wastage, and ensure staff are trained in correct chemical usage and safety procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Assistant Manager in public area operations at a 5‑star hotel.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of public area cleaning procedures and hotel hygiene standards.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English.
