工作內容

• 負責酒店布草房內所有縫紉及修改工作，包括員工制服及酒店布草的修補、尺寸調整及整理
• 按各部門需求，準時完成員工制服修改工作，確保品質符合五星級酒店標準
• 定期檢查布草及員工制服狀況，及時處理破損或不合格品
• 操作及保養縫紉機及相關設備，確保安全及正常運作
• 協助員工制服量身、尺寸記錄及修改進度跟進
• 支持布草房日常運作，包括布草及員工制服的收發、整理及基本庫存管理
• 定期匯報布草及員工制服的損壞或遺失情況
• 遵守酒店安全及衛生指引，保持工作區域整潔，並完成上級指派的其他工作

• 需具備2年以上裁縫或相關工作經驗
• 具五星級飯店或大型機構工作經驗者優先考慮，尤其是在布草間或員工制服修改方面
• 熟悉各類布料及縫紉技巧，能獨立完成修改及修補工作
• 工作細心、有責任感，對品質有要求
• 具備基本溝通能力，能與不同部門合作 
  

• Responsible for all sewing and alteration work in the hotel linen room, including repair, size adjustment, and maintenance of staff uniforms and hotel linens. 
• Complete staff uniform alterations in a timely manner according to departmental requirements, ensuring quality meets five-star hotel standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of linens and staff uniforms, promptly handling damaged or non-compliant items.
• Operate and maintain sewing machines and related equipment to ensure safety and proper functionality.
• Assist with staff uniform measuring, size record keeping, and alteration progress follow-up.
• Support daily linen room operations, including receiving, distributing, organizing linens and staff uniforms, and basic inventory control.
• Regularly report any damage or loss of linens and staff uniforms.
• Comply with hotel safety and hygiene guidelines, maintain a clean work area, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Over 2 years of experience in tailoring and related fields.
• Experience in five-star hotels or large organizations, particularly in linen rooms or staff uniform alterations, is an advantage
• Familiar with various fabrics and sewing techniques. Able to independently perform alteration and repair work.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and quality-driven.
• Basic communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
