餐飲服務員 Server

Responsibilities 職責概要：

• Provide food and beverage services to customers, including reception, floor service, and cake sales, while ensuring a superior dining experience.

• Learn the menu and introduce the restaurant's dishes to guests.
• Collect tableware after guests’ meals

• Arrange and fold napkins to place tableware

• Assist with floor miscellaneous tasks and need to handle heavy utensils

• 為顧客提供餐飲服務包括接待、樓面服務和蛋糕銷售，同時提供優質的用餐體驗

• 學習餐牌內容及向客人介紹餐廳菜式
• 收徹客人用餐後之餐具

• 整理及摺疊餐巾擺放餐具

• 協助處理樓面雜務，須搬動重型餐具

Requirements 入職要求：

• Willing to accept food and beverage service training; warm and courteous.

• Relevant work experience preferred; No work experience required for hotel, catering or related diploma or degree programs.
• 須接受在職餐飲服務培訓，熱誠有禮
• 具相關工作經驗優先；修讀酒店、餐飲或相關文憑或學位課程則無須工作經驗

Working Hours 工作時間：
• 9:00-00:00, 8 working hours per day with 1-hour break, in shifts.
• 9:00-00:00，每天工作8小時，1小時休息，輪班工作
