Assistant Catering & Sales Manager

Job Description

Managing and promoting the banquet sales
Developing and executing product and market promotion plans
Providing proactive guest service to achieve or exceed customer expectations
Working closely with F&B Manager and respective departments to meet the customers satisfaction
Achieving the annual Sales Budget

Job Specification

Degree / Diploma or above
Macau BIR Holder
Minimum 5 or above relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal/communication and customer services skills
Sincere, patient and pleasant
