Job Responsibilities: • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. • Direct and work with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. • Complete inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action. • Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bell, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Loss Prevention) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. • Respond to special requests from guests/residents with unique needs. • Prepare daily F&B presentation at lounge and serve guests. • Ensure the food and beverage quality and presentation is up to Ritz-Carlton Standard. • Check in / Check Out guest upon request. • Assisting guest to arrange meeting room as well as assisting in business center in the Club Lounge. Job Requirements: • High school diploma and above. • Relevant experience preferred. • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese and English with guests, co-workers and managements to their understanding.
