Responsibilities: Ensures that all rates, packages, eChannels and hotel sales strategy information is built in the hotel’s inventory systems Pricing meetings with the key actors in the hotel Analyze the performance of the hotel and look after the market and competitors (past performance & forecast) Update the sales planning and quote the group requests on a daily basis Collect the necessary information to establish a database of bookings and events on which the hotel strategy and forecast will be based Propose solutions for the adaptation of the strategy Implement Revenue management processes in a dedicated hotel in order to maximize its revenue Analysis of revenue, profit, and demand associated with the hotel’s rooms and function space inventory Develops/utilizes analytical tools and systems toward the goal of maximizing total hotel revenue and profit Requirement: University graduate, major in Business / Hospitality is preferable. Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferably in 5-star hotel Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Room Reservations booking systems (Opera and SiteMinder) Strong knowledge of database management, analytical tools and data analysis Detail oriented, strong mathematical skills. Knowledge of operations research principles and concepts Strong presentation skills Good pricing analysis skills Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
