Key Responsibilites:

  • To supervise the daily work of the Resort Guest Services and ensuring that the team give and perform their best service to all Guests and Resort Members.
  • Organize and handle trainings for Resort & Spa concierge.
  • To check the daily tasks and checklist of Resort & Spa concierge , ensuring that they are being followed consistently.
  • To maintain the safety awareness in resort by all Resort & Spa concierge and casuals.
  • To make sure that the Hotel standard are being followed by organizing and handling monthly trainings to all Resort & Spa concierge.
  • Prepare month end reports and perform departmental trainings.
  • Responsible for making the resort duty roster and updating it regularly.
  • Maintaining that all Resort & Spa concierge have the Hotel standard fresh and well practiced at all times
  • Dealing with dissatisfied or disgruntled guests
  • Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests.
  • Must have good telephone skills and follow Hotel telephone etiquette.
  • Ensure that the reception area is tidy, clean and stocked at all times.
  • To be adaptable and accountable for all actions.
  • Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Resort Manager.
Job Requirements:
  • A degree in the hospitality field is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Hotel Guest Services.
  • Excellent written and verbal Chinese and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
