• Provide orientation and training to hotel talent as planned.
• Assists Department Heads to select and implement training programs for new and existing talents.
• Maintain training records of talent at different levels.
• Develop special training program as requested by Departments.
• Responsible for the daily inspection and distribution of training rooms, which they are in good order, with the desired room set-up and training aids as required.

• 2 years or above experience in training area at 4 or 5 star international hotels.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English communication skills.
• Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters.
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy period.
