Responsibilities: • Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews; • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination; • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality; • Implement HR policies and procedures; • Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters; • Ensure compliance with local employment ordinance and regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience in HR ; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office; • Attention to detail and organizational skills; • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially; • Proficiency in English and Mandarin; • Knowledge in labor laws and regulations of mainland China is a plus.
