職位要求:
工作經驗：

• 至少有 5 年相關經驗（其中 3 年技術員經驗），涉及高壓/中壓變壓器，高壓/中壓/低壓配電盤，高壓/低壓應急發電機和 UPS 系統的操作和維護
• 在復雜的過程控制系統上具有豐富的技術經驗和發現故障的能力
• 具有高壓/中壓開關和安全程序方面的經驗

技能 / 證書：

• 熟練使用各種國際法規和標準，例如 BS，IEC，IEE 等
• 了解澳門有關低壓電機系統和設備的操作和維護的法規和市場
• 教育程度：電機工程學士學位或以上程度
• 語言能力：能操良好廣東話及普通話，一般英語
• 電腦應用：熟識 MS Office 及 AutoCAD

Job Purpose:
Supervise the Electrical Technicians to perform operate and maintain HV/MV equipment, PMS system, emergency generator and UPS system as part of the preventative maintenance program and also ad hoc needs arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure repairs, maintenance and installation work on HV/MV equipment, PMS, emergency generator and UPS system adhere to safety rules and regulations
• Supervise the daily operations of the Electrical Team
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections and adhere to energy management and conservation programs
• Trouble-shoot difficult cases to prevent interruptions to resort operations
• Ensure electrical equipment is in perfect working order and all areas are presented as new
• Process all work orders efficiently and report guest issues and Technicians’ productivity
• Deliver Wynn Palace’s high standards of quality and service while adhering to established policies and procedures
• Implement the PPM and effective and timely repairs on HV/MV equipment, PMS, emergency generator and UPS system
• Ensure buildings, facilities, equipment and work areas are kept clean, health and safety standards
• Work closely and coordinate with cross functional teams within the organization to ensure smooth external and internal work flows
• Attend to emergencies as required
• Report and escalate problems to Chief Engineer or above
• Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Chief Engineer or above

Competencies and Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience (in which 3 years hands-on) experience on operation and maintenance of HV/MV transformers, HV/MV/LV switchboards, HV/LV emergency generators and UPS system
• Strong technical experience and ability in fault finding on complex process control systems
• Experience in HV/MV switching and safety procedures

Knowledge/Certificates:

• Proficient in using various international codes and standards such as BS, IEC, IEE, etc.
• Knowledge of Macau regulation and market relating to the operation and maintenance of the LV electrical system and equipment

Education:

• High Diploma degree or above for Electrical Engineering
• Language Abilities: Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin)
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
