Business Manager

崗位職責 / Job Responsibilities

1. 核心業務銷售與管理 / Core Business Sales & Management
  • 酒類業務：負責洋酒及紅酒的市場推廣與銷售，建立並維護高端客戶及管道關係，完成既定銷售目標。
  • Alcohol Portfolio: Drive sales and marketing for imported spirits and red wines; build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and distribution channels to achieve sales targets.
  • 藥房業務：依託百年藥房品牌優勢，推廣自有藥品及健康產品，挖掘潛在客戶需求，提升複購率與品牌忠誠度。
  • Pharmacy Portfolio: Leverage the heritage of our century-old pharmacy to promote proprietary medicines and health products; identify customer needs to enhance retention and brand loyalty.

2. 跨領域業務拓展 / Cross-Industry Business Development
  • 增值服務拓展：積極開拓清潔服務及物業管理相關業務資源，尋找潛在合作夥伴，探索“健康+生活服務”的跨界合作模式。
  • Service Expansion: Proactively develop business resources in cleaning services and property management; identify potential partners and explore cross-industry collaboration models combining "Health + Lifestyle Services."

3. 綜合管理與執行 / General Management & Execution
  • 多工處理：在多元化業務線中靈活切換，高效統籌酒類、藥品及生活服務專案的進度，確保各項業務指標同步達成。
  • Multitasking: Seamlessly navigate across diverse business lines; efficiently coordinate progress for alcohol, pharmaceutical, and lifestyle service projects to ensure all KPIs are met simultaneously.
  • 溝通與適應：作為跨部門及對外溝通的核心樞紐，展現極強的適應力，快速回應市場變化及內部業務調整需求。
  • Communication & Adaptability: Serve as the core liaison for cross-departmental and external communication; demonstrate high adaptability to respond swiftly to market shifts and internal strategic adjustments.

任職要求 / Qualifications
  • 教育背景：全日制大學本科及以上學歷，專業不限（市場行銷、工商管理或醫藥相關專業優先）。
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, or Pharmaceutical-related majors are preferred).
  • 工作經驗：5年以上主任級（Supervisor）或以上管理崗位經驗，具備跨行業或多元化業務管理背景者優先。
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience at Supervisor level or above; candidates with cross-industry or diversified business management backgrounds are highly preferred.
  • 語言能力：中英雙語流利，可作為工作語言進行商務談判、合同審閱及日常彙報。
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese); capable of conducting business negotiations, reviewing contracts, and reporting in both languages.
