This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic candidate to work for a cutting-edge technology company, and acquire insight into the casino gaming industry. This position will take on the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering projects on time, within budget and within scope.


Job Summary

The Assistant Logistic Operations is responsible for handling the administrative responsibilities which include warehouse support to the logistics manager and the team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Monitors material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality
• Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents
• Provides support in completing paperwork and documentation
• Carry out clerical work, including typing, proofreading, and editing documents, correspondence, and reports for the logistics department or assigned
• Supports with developing and preparing complex databases, reports, and/or presentation material for the logistics unit
• Prepares shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists, and Shipyard Material Receivers, etc., for ongoing shipments and projects
• Enters data into spreadsheets from multiple sources, as well as verifying input and calculations
• Provides support in the maintenance of electronic filing systems for administrative documentation that guarantees swift retrieval of requested documents.


Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturer, trading company, multinational export/import company’s shipping department or freight forwarder is a must.
• Willing to learn, be able to work independently, well organized and pay attention to details.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS office including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Macau ID is the must.
• Driver’s (automobile) license is an advantage.
• Immediate available is preferred.
