Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily supervision, leadership, scheduling, task assignment, and performance review of Fitness Center colleagues.
• Possess knowledge about all aspect of Willow Stream treatments and the facility to ensure guests are provided with accurate information, and inquiries are responded to with complete details.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of all strength and cardiovascular equipment and their programs as well as the proper use, alignment, safety and contraindications.
• Responsible for the daily supervision, leadership, scheduling, task assignment, and performance review of Fitness Center colleagues.
• To be responsible for the administration of goods, requisition, inventories, and cost effective usage of all department related materials and assets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in hotel fitness and swimming pool management
• Familiar with swimming pool safety protocols and gym equipment
• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese communication skills to interact with guests
• High safety awareness with competency to respond to emergencies and minor incidents
• Competent in manpower rostering, daily operational inspections and inventory control
• Service-minded and patient; able to supervise team members and conduct on-the-job training
• Valid lifeguard or fitness instructor certification is highly preferred
• Macau residents only.
