Job Description:

• Collaborate with business department to understand business needs, objectives, and company strategies
• Conduct thorough evaluations of existing systems and processes, recommending enhancements to optimize performance and user experience
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of cutting-edge IT solutions
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance evaluations
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with budgetary and timeline constraints
• Employ robust project management methodologies to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project objectives
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance requirements are met across the technology solutions
• Ensure the reliability and performance of existing IT solutions through proactive monitoring and maintenance
• Implement best practices for IT service management, including incident management and problem resolution
• Gather and analyze user feedback and system performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Provide mentorship and supervise the team of solution analysts
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures


Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. A master's degree is a plus
• TOGAF/Certified Enterprise Architect certification(s) is preferable
• PMI Project Management Professional / Scrum Master Certification is preferable
• Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus
• Minimum 8 years experience as an IT Solution Management / Project management or in a similar role,
• Integrated Resort and/or Gaming working experience is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of operation and IT solutions within the Marketing / Hospitality / Back-of-house sector
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge in Agile / DevOps Project Delivery is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, and external vendors
• Familiarity with data management, data integration, and data governance principles
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Possess of good analytical skill and be detail oriented
• Leadership and development for the team members
• With Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills working in a team
• Process and performance minded with strong sense of discipline
• Be able to handle multiple tasks with good sense of priority
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively and to undertake tasks using own initiative
