Job Description:

• Developing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse
• Ensuring the security of the data warehouse and compliance with data governance standards
• Optimizing data warehouse performance through indexing, partitioning, and query tuning
• Testing and troubleshooting data systems to ensure accuracy and quality of data
• Documenting the data warehouse and maintaining metadata repositories
• Monitoring data warehouse systems to ensure reliability and performance standards are met
• Providing support and training to end-users on data warehouse usage and best practices
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architecture for enterprise information retrieval
• Practical skill on Python, and basic ML libraries to prototype analytics solutions or inspect data pipelines


Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Preference for relevant professional certificates in MS SQL Server, StarRocks, Tableau, Vividime, Power BI, SSRS, SAS, Data Mining, Python, Excel, PowerPoint
• Previous experienced in hospitality industry or gaming industry is an advantage
• Possess the knowledge of system and infrastructure in hospitality industry or gaming industry is a plus
• Possess the knowledge of project management and SDLC is a plus
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Possess of good analytical skill and be detail oriented
• Good communication skills
• Get along with fellow employees and work as a team
• With Self-motivated and strong inter-personal skills working in a team
• Process and performance minded with strong sense of discipline
