This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic candidate to work for a cutting-edge technology company, and acquire insight into the casino gaming industry. This position requires a driven and motivated individual with a desire to provide the best possible service internally.

Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual Systems Support Project Manager / Administrator with experience in casino gaming to oversee project management tools, documentation, and task coordination. This role involves optimizing Atlassian tools, managing technical and project documentation, and analyzing task efficiency and support costs. The ideal candidate will work closely with technical, compliance, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage JIRA and Confluence to support project tracking and documentation.
Monitor and analyze task completion times and support costs, identifying areas for improvement.
Manage JIRA tickets, ensuring issues are categorized, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and compliance records.
Use JIRA Service Management and ITSM tools to track support requests and optimize response efficiency.
Support workflow automation to streamline task management and reporting.
Collaborate with engineering, IT, and compliance teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in audits and compliance reporting by ensuring documentation is up to date.

Qualifications & Requirements

Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
Background in casino gaming technology or experience working with gaming operators, manufacturers, or regulators.
Skilled in technical and project documentation for process improvement and compliance.
Familiar with task tracking, cost analysis, and ITSM tools such as JIRA Service Management, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating cost analysis tools with JIRA for better reporting.
Understanding of casino compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of automation and scripting for JIRA (JQL, API integrations, etc.).
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in gaming environments.
