RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare and control the annual manpower budget and quarterly forecasts - Develop and drive recruitment strategies to attract talents - Responsible for employee cycle from onboarding to off-boarding - Overseas the Compensation & Benefits operation (monthly payroll, tax filing/return, final salary payment calculation, provident fund contribution, insurances, salary review etc.) - Implement health & safety strategy in stores and ensure compliance with all business and legal requirements - Engage employees with the aid of internal communication tools and organize corporate events - Support D&I program and ESG initiatives - Roll out and implement the global performance management and development plans - Collaborate with store operations team to provide various trainings to store employees - Support Group’s Learning & Development initiatives/programs - Participate in ad-hoc project as assigned by management
