保安員

職責：
 
  • 妥善操作各類保安系統（包括CCTV、消防系統、門禁系統等），持續監察公司物業範圍內所有活動，確保公司環境、員工及顧客的安全。
  • 執行日常物業巡邏，獨立處理各類日常保安工作，並按既定程序記錄及匯報相關事宜。
  • 當物業範圍內發生突發保安事件時，須即時到場跟進處理，撰寫詳細事件報告，並及時通知上級。
  • 協助上級定期檢查保安相關設備（如CCTV、門禁及消防器材等）的運作狀況，確保系統正常運作。

要求:

  • 初中畢業，熟悉電腦軟體Microsoft Office(Excel/Word) 。
  • 有使用保安系統（如CCTV、消防及門禁系統等）經驗會優先考慮。
  • 具備處理突發事件的能力。
  • 具有1年保安工作經驗優先考慮。
  • 具備中文書寫能力，能撰寫事件報告。
  • 語言能力：粵語（良好）、普通話（中等）、英文（一般）。
  • 願意輪班工作。
