Digital Ambassador

Responsibilities:

Drive digital adoption by promoting OCBC’s online banking platforms, including internet and mobile banking, to enhance customer engagement
Perform cross-selling for digital banking solutions and general banking products to maximize revenue opportunities
Address general banking inquiries and facilitate non-financial transactions of Consumer Financial Services
Ensure seamless branch operations while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Coach and mentor junior staff on internal platforms and digital banking systems, delivering practical support through workshops and training sessions

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of solid experience in banking services
Strong knowledge of digital banking products, services, and operational workflows
Prior experience in customer service or related banking roles preferred
Proficient in MS Office and equipped with strong computer literacy
Excellent command of Chinese, English, and Mandarin
Customer-focused, proactive, and skilled in building strong interpersonal relationships
Professional, presentable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Team-oriented with a cooperative attitude to foster a positive work environment
