We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas. You will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and welcoming experience during their stay.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms.
- Attend to the cleanliness and upkeep of all public areas, including lobbies, business center, and restrooms.
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to fulfill special requests from guests, including special requirements and amenity checks.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure the comfort of our guests.
- Assist in preparing the yearly housekeeping expenses
- Adhere to health and safety standards and hotel policies at all times.

Requirement:

- Previous housekeeping experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
