Deputy Branch Manager

Responsibilities

Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch sales, service, and operational goals.
Promote banking, investment, insurance, and wealth management products and services to meet customers' financial needs.
Build and deepen customer relationships to expand the branch's business portfolio.
Provide professional financial and investment advisory services to customers.
Supervise, coach, and develop frontline staff to enhance sales capabilities and service standards.Resolve customer enquiries and service issues effectively.
Monitor branch operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Assist in implementing business initiatives and process improvement projects.
Act as Branch Manager in his/her absence when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
8+ years of retail banking or financial services experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
Solid knowledge of retail banking operations, investment, insurance, and wealth management products.
Strong sales, relationship management, and customer service skills.
Good leadership, coaching, and team supervision capabilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
