Chopper Cook 中餐砧板廚師 (每週5天工作)

職責:

• 負責中廚出品的日常切配工作
• 控制食材成本及減少消耗量
• 協助烹調食物並保持高標準的廚房衛生
• 提供優質餐飲與服務予客戶，保持食物水準
• 協助廚房一切目標、程序符合公司標準

要求:

• 具1年或以上相關砧板經驗，酒店餐廳廚房經驗優先考慮
• 工作態度良好，積極主動，具團隊合作精神，負責任
• 具良好的衛生習慣，對烹飪有熱誠
• 具備一定的溝通技巧、良好粵語/普通話、簡單英语
• 需輪班工作
• 只限澳門居民
