Food and Beverage Manager

Job Description

• Function as the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring that all outlets and banqueting operations run smoothly, meet hotel standards, and achieve individual profitability.

• Ensure all Food & Beverage initiatives align with Corporate Strategy and support the implementation of relevant hotel action plans.

• Oversee the preparation, review, and regular updating of Departmental Operations Manuals.

• Conduct regular divisional communication meetings and ensure departmental briefings are effective, well structured, and carried out as required.

• Oversee the seamless operation of all outlets and banquet department.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, preferably within luxury international hotel brands.

• Creative mindset with strong awareness of current Food & Beverage trends.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage standards is essential.

• International exposure or multicultural work experience is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English, with proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin preferred.

• Basic computer skills in MS Office are preferred.
