Job Description: • Assist to assign and manage the coding for Market Development team accurately • Prepare VIP customer daily arrival report • Provide all necessary support for Market Development team members and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution to our VIP customers • Coordinate travel arrangements for business trip planning and prepare monthly expense report • Assist for the in house VIP customers’ travel arrangement (including hotel room, transportation, air ticket, ferry ticket) • Assist on day event logistic, event tickets allocation and seat assignment • Maintain accurate player records and reports • Handle meeting coordination and meeting recap • Maintain department documents such as data entry, copying and filing • Perform other job related duties as requested Job Requirement: • At least 1 year working experience in casino marketing or administration • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Gaming or related field is preferred • Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese word-processing • Willing to work on shift, including weekends and public holidays • Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Interested Parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@sjmresorts.com • Recruitment Hotline 8982 0288 / 8297 0931
