Job Description: • Ensure all hosted guests are well informed of all special events and promotions • Initiate the creation of event pre and post event analysis • Responsible for generating and achieving specific revenue goals by developing new players • Identify premium player interests and encourage return trips • Make recommendations to improve guest experience and profitability • Maintain accurate Guest Development records and performance reports • Communicates effectively with all related departments in a timely manner Job Requirement: • Bachelor Degree in Business, Tourism, Hotel, Sales Management or related disciplines • Minimum of 1 year working experience in the area of Business Development / Casino Marketing and Hospitality industry • Good understanding of all aspects of management within casino operations in large scale casino hotel • Knowledge of strong organizational skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of gaming management and customer services management • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English • Have proven accountability when working with confidential information Interested parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@sjmresorts.com • Hotline 8982 0288 / 8297 0976
