General Manager (Head of Gaming)

Job Description

Overview: Responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the gaming operations in the casino, requiring extensive senior management experience in the casino industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the gaming department’s strategic plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Oversee all gaming operations, including table games, slot machines, and other gaming activities.
• Manage and lead a large – scale team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and laws.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and industry partners.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the casino industry, with at least 5 years in a general management or equivalent senior position.
• In – depth knowledge of gaming operations, regulations, and customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision – making skills.
• Ability to manage complex business operations and drive financial performance.
