Head of Gaming Operations – Slots

Job Description

Overview: Responsible for the management of slot machine operations in the casino, requiring significant experience in slot operations management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all slot machine operations, including installation, maintenance, and programming.
• Develop and implement slot machine strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
• Manage the slot machine team, including technicians, attendants, and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with all slot – related regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze slot machine performance data to make informed decisions on game selection and placement.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote slot games.
• Monitor and control the slot machine budget.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in slot machine operations in the casino industry, with 4 years in a management role.
• Knowledge of slot machine technology, programming, and marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem – solving skills.
• Ability to manage a large – scale slot machine operation.
