Head of Treasury Cage

Job Description

Overview: Responsible for the management of the casino’s treasury operations, requiring significant senior – level experience in casino treasury management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the cash handling, storage, and transportation within the casino.
• Manage the treasury cage operations, including cash counting, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all treasury – related regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and implement treasury security procedures to prevent theft and fraud.
• Manage the treasury team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with other departments such as finance and operations to ensure smooth cash flow.
• Conduct regular audits of treasury operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in casino treasury operations, with 4 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of cash management and security procedures.
• Ability to handle large amounts of cash and sensitive financial information.
• Excellent organizational and attention – to – detail skills.
